Beginning in Miami and unfolding across cities, oceans, and space-aligned gatherings worldwide, Footprints of Peace follows a diverse constellation of artists, elders, technologists, and everyday people who transform simple acts of peace into a shared global record. Blending intimate interviews, immersive visuals, and narration guided by the “overview effect,” the film captures humanity’s collective attempt to remember itself—not through conflict, but through connection—etched permanently onto the blockchain as a living archive of hope.

Act I – The Awakening

The film opens with aerial imagery of Earth—coastlines, cities, oceans—paired with narration introducing a simple question:

What if peace could be seen, shared, and remembered?

We enter Miami during Art Week, where artists, Indigenous elders, technologists, and cultural leaders gather around illuminated installations called “Footprints of Peace.” Interviews introduce the founding voices behind the movement, exploring why traditional narratives of peace have failed to endure—and why art, technology, and participation may offer a new path forward.

Blockchain is introduced not as finance, but as memory.

Act II – The Twelve Footprints

Theme: Peace expressed through culture

The story expands outward as the movement travels to cities aligned with symbolic archetypes—Earth, Ocean, Moon, Sun—each representing a shared human value.

Through interviews with artists, musicians, designers, scientists, and local participants, we witness how peace manifests differently across cultures yet resonates universally. Augmented reality art, music festivals, environmental gatherings, and sacred rituals become lenses through which participants leave their personal “footprints.”

The narration frames these moments not as events, but as expressions of humanity’s shared emotional language.

Act III – The Paths of Peace

Theme: Humanity as the protagonist

As participation grows, the film shifts focus from organizers to the people themselves—families, youth, elders, and communities across the globe.

Global moments of unity—oceans, sports, music, remembrance days—intercut with intimate interviews asking:

What does peace mean to you?
What would you want future generations to remember?

User-generated footage blends seamlessly with cinematic sequences, showing how individual contributions form a living constellation of light across the planet.

Blockchain verification quietly runs beneath it all, ensuring every contribution is honored equally.

Act IV – The Global Resonance

Theme: The overview effect & legacy

The final act lifts perspective—literally and metaphorically—introducing space, Earth-from-orbit imagery, and the concept of the overview effect: the cognitive shift astronauts experience when viewing Earth as a single, fragile whole.

Interviews with space advocates, educators, and cultural diplomats explore why peace must now be viewed as a planetary responsibility.

As the movement reaches its culminating moments, footprints synchronize across time zones. The blockchain timestamps these acts, locking a global moment of unity into history.

The film closes not with an ending—but with an invitation.
